Unfortunately returns will not be accepted unless product is unopened. Once product seal is broken a no return policy will be implemented.

For best results saturate hair with water before using products. Use the products in the order of the steps provided, comb through hair with wide tooth comb or detangling brush during each step to avoid matting or tangling. Throughly rinse products before proceeding to style. Use heat protectant as final step before blow drying & styling.
